Negative Shapes

I'm back! And with something I put my heart and many many many hours into.

So this is an assignment for my Commercial Photo class, we had to photograph someone wearing all black on a white sweep and compose 6 (I used 7) shots on the same canvas.

The jumping part took FOREVER to get just right, the timing had to be right and I ended up with a lot of humorous outtakes LOL.

Model is Andy, a former dance student from Columbia College.

*NOTE: I've been hearing some rather rude remarks regarding a male dancer, and if that is all you are going to rant about, then don't bother and move on because it's unnecessary. Thank you.
